Crewest is an Urban Art Gallery in L.A. They are presenting a great new exhibition that they are calling 'RIPE - A Wine Show About Art Tasting'. Select Artists were chosen to recycle wine bottles, barrels and corks and create awesome contemporary art out of it. This exhibition features great artists like Oscar Magallanes, Danny "Big Pranks" Morales, Mas, Max Neutra, Michael Pizarro, Bart Saric, SMEAR, Randy Kono, Vyal, Mar, John Park, Man One, Germs, Chris Adrian, Sacred194, Antonio Quevedo, Enikone, Reza Feiz, and much more.
The exhibit's Opening Reception is this Saturday, March 5th from 6-10pm. They also have an Artwalk Event on Thursday, March 10th. This event is dubbed "Create & Connect" is presented by RU REPPIN'with live screenprinting by Hit+Run. All donations benefiting the HeartProject. Great art, entertainment and a T-Shirt all for a good cause! Sounds like a great after work event to check out. Exhibit runs through March 27, 2011.
