Earlier today Prodigy of Mobb Deep was released from a State Correctional Facility in New Jersey after serving 3 years for a loaded .22 caliber pistol while riding in a bulletproof SUV on October 2006. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 3 and 1/2 years which he started serving January 2008.

The Queens rapper doesn"t plan to wasted any time after being released. Plans of a new LP with the other half of Mobb Deep, Havoc, and a book deal, the rapper should be very busy in the forseeable future.
