Former model Ricardo Defrank wins the OCB Novice Heavyweight Division

Ricardo DeFrank a local NYC  talent is winner of the Empire State OCB Novice Heavyweight Division.  This former model turn bodybuilder is carving a name from himself on his way to going pro.  As Mr. Defrank stated "It takes hard work and dedication to do this".  I would have to agree and shows by the victory at the Empire State championships.  Ricardo is an intimidating force standing at 6'5".  He towered over his competition and fell just short of taking the overall winner of the combine divisions.  With Vegastar Magazine and many other sponsors  sure to follow, Ricardo DeFrank has already proved he has a bright future.
