One of the best options is the adaptive cruise control which uses four radar sensors, a video camera, and ultrasonic sensors to determine when to accelerate or decelerate. This feature can function in stop-and-go traffic and can even be set up to over 150 mph. The driver can also tell the car whether the vehicle should accelerate aggressively or more efficiently. And if you want it just in between, you can do that too.
